Enhance Community Services provides NDIS & Disability Support Plan Management direct to clients to assist with administration, budget management, advocacy, and all the stress that comes with managing your own NDIS plan. We understand that navigating bureaucracy can be anxiety-inducing at the best of times. When you're facing some of the most important decisions about maximising the quality of your life, it can be even more challenging. Having someone in your corner to fight for you, explain the bits you don't understand, and navigate the system, can help you get the most out of NDIS package. It can be the difference between having the tools you need to live or feeling like it's all piling up against you.


What is Plan Management?

Plan Management helps you manage the way your NDIS funds are distributed. A plan manager is responsible for making payments to providers for any services that are provided to the NDIS participant. 


How we help:

As your plan manager, we can take away all the hassle and stress that comes with managing your own NDIS plan. We ensure that you get the most out of your NDIS journey by making sure you are in full control of choosing your providers and how you want to spend your NDIS funds. This service will come at no cost to you if you have plan management in your NDIS plan.


Our ongoing support includes:
  • Activate Participant plan on MyPlace Portal.

  • Receiving invoices from service providers and checking invoices for any errors against the participant's plan. 

  • Processing claims to pay the provider from the NDIS.

  • Processing payments to the service provider.

  • Tracking spending and funding amounts.

  • Monthly statements sent out by your preferred method (email or mail).


How it works

1. Request funding for plan management (if not already in plan).

2. Once you have received the plan, contact us and we will set everything in our systems.

3. You engage the service providers of your choice.

4. Your service providers send us the invoices.

5. We pay the service providers.

6. We provide you with a monthly statement so you can monitor your funds.
